  2. Hi Dan,  Thanks for this excellent video.  I am new to the long smokes but in your opinion is there any merit in wrapping your butt when it stalled at 175F to help it get through this faster? Let me know your thoughts.  PS.   That east Carolina BBQ sauce is amazing

  3. Thanks Rob! I appreciate man! No I didn't make these buns, but I may do that soon. The buns I made for the Man Cave contest turned out so good, and it would be very easy to turn those buns into the "Everything Kaiser" buns, or you could do a multitude of flavors, such as onion, garlic, etc. Thanks for watching Rob 🙂
