  1. You use the words 'lots… Very High… Super rich… Etc' all the time but could we get actual macros with your recipes? Vegans need lots of chickpeas, beans, lentils etc. This is quite deceiving as there aren't that many grams of protein in a cup of bean sprouts.

  2. Can you talk about why some men are shorter than others ? What happend through Evolution , what did some humans eat to get taller/Short than others . And from the beginning of human kind before we made all bad decisions that made how tall was we originally suposed to be ? 5ft5 ? 6 ft ?

    Can you please talk about this John since it is a big questions mark about it out there , noone really knows why some are taller or shorter . And the answers like " Its Genetic " Which it proabably is to 90% is not really an answer to why do humans height differ so much . In the animal kingdom , it doesnt differ that much between the sam animal species like lions there are very rare you see a lion a head taller than the other .. while this is quite normal in humans . What happend to humans in the terms of height ? Yes i know like there some cats and so for example that are short taller than the other however though not from the same cat pecies . I know they are "Midget cats" that obviosly are shorter than normal cats . Was gving humans different height a way mess with humankind ? Bad karma or something like that ? Explain more please why are such huge difference in height in humans while not so much in other wild animlas .

  3. Aloha.. Genuinely curious about th seedz goin in w th lemon juice in th second recipe.. My experience sayz it's uber bitter – unbearable personally.. Iz there a way this iz being masked? Or maybe a neato benefit that outweigh th conz? meowmeow

  4. Great ways to take in protein! I became raw vegan about 10 yrs back and did great damage to my body with only mostly green juices and fruit.. barely no nuts seeds and healthy fats! Please be balanced with your “complete” nutrition devastating damage can be done.

    1 cup of "protein packed" clover sprouts has 3 grams of protein.

    an average person needs about 60 grams of protein a day.

    it is true that clover sprouts are high in protein in percentage: 50% of calories come from proteins, but the sprouts are very low in calories over all.

  6. It's been a long time since I have watched one of your videos because you were getting too slender and bony, but you look mahhhvelous now. Looks like you finally got this thing dialed in. I admire your tenacity. Keep it up.
