  2. Nothing to dislike here, great ideas, technique! Thanks. An idea: place a couple of slices of bacon inside the butterfly cut and then close it. Loin is quite dry, this could help with internal oils and flavors!

  6. Great video. My wife and I don't drink, so could you use apple juice or apple cider vinegar? I love to smoke a pork loin in my Masterbuilt. Will be getting a Camp Chef for Christmas and can't wait to try it. Keep the videos coming.
