  1. There's 4 things and this world I love hot my coffee, cars, women and a nice slab of crispy pork cooking away on my grill now that's what I'm talkin about yeeeéeedogggyyy.👍👍👍👍👍

  2. Nothing to dislike here, great ideas, technique! Thanks. An idea: place a couple of slices of bacon inside the butterfly cut and then close it. Loin is quite dry, this could help with internal oils and flavors!

  3. Love your shows, but what if one cant afford a $1000.00 egg or high end BBQ. Challenge…. do a show or a bit on how to do smoked ribs in a Sam's Club "Member's Mark Portable Stainless Steel 2-Burner Gas Grill"……..thks

  4. Wow tried this and it was great, even had the Bourbon (Makers Mark) he used, have been cooking pork loins for years, and they never tasted this good! Highly recomended, and thank you Stephen!

  5. I fixed a 4.44 lb pork loin today on my new Rec Tec today. I followed your instructions to the T and it was absolutely Fabulous!! The whiskey mustard glaze is the shiz!!!! Thank you!!

  6. Great video. My wife and I don't drink, so could you use apple juice or apple cider vinegar? I love to smoke a pork loin in my Masterbuilt. Will be getting a Camp Chef for Christmas and can't wait to try it. Keep the videos coming.
