  1. you were right! ….it was that very moment that I thought about the pan you were using….made me laugh aloud! 😉 It is all the oil and bacon fat that keeps it from sticking. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Eggs always release moisture after it's cook; so by stopping the cooking process before the eggs were fully cooked over the stove top, a lot of moisture was release to the bottom of the pan, which helped loosen the food from the pan. 

    Thanks for this recipe, can't wait to try this.
