  4. Eating these right now with Pizzaiola sauce. Wonderful and so simple to do too. Amazing how rich a simple tomato sauce can be with just reduction and some herbs. Perfect with creamy potato gnocchi. Mine are unfortunately not as firm as in video, so I'll be more careful with ingredients next time. But still tastes good. Thanks for the videos, Gianni, this is a great channel! I'll definitely try more of your recipes.
