  2. Hey, I made my first batch of Pork Jerky and it taste fantastic. My only concern is why so many more have not tried using Pork ? Started reading on the internet and should there be a concern for the heating or drying point of pork ? it seems that most Jerky we see is beef , turkey or even Salmon . Only asking as a Jerky maker and lover , primarily using beef is there anything that says Pork is bad because of our dehydrating temps of 155 F ????? Your opinion ?
