  1. May Lynn, I think in the list of ingredients, you should indicate the ingredient you used in the video was "Red Fermented Bean Curd", and not the regular fermented bean curd, as the flavor profile is quite different. 

  2. i know, i know this is a recipe for pork belly, but i'm interested in the sauce and method of cooking…what other cuts/meat do you think would work with this other than pork belly?
