it was a pleasant experience.but just thought that if the potato wedges were emptied into a bowl of boiling salt water .won't it get cooked half way through and why we try it the potatoes will absorb less oil.
Props for actually doing it with the correct 2x fry method. A little more work but has the advantage of being able to save prepped bags in the freezer (and also tasting the best)
