  2. Brussel sprouts are my absolute favorite! I grew up in a puerto rican household, so i never ate them as a kid, but boy am i obsessed now. I usually make them like this stove top, but with fresh garlic and turkey bacon, after it's done i top with feta….But, I can't wait to try it this way!

  3. Brilliant preparation for Brussels Sprouts. You control the caramalization unlike the oven method where it is difficult to get even browning. Balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and parmigian get added at proper times for maximum flavor incooperation and balance. Thanks for sharing
