  1. Great recipe, Thank you. You do realize that the meat is pink on the outside and not the inside is because it was treated and packaged with carbon monoxide (CO) ?  Get Fresh meat from your local farmer and rancher without gmo additives and protein supplements : )

  2. I've made this a couple of times now, a winner for sure ! We use less Sriracha as we are wimps. And it's never made it to a bun yet. Maybe next time?

  3. I mad this it was easy and amazing, i used a lot of chili to make in spicy and put a touch of hoisen sauce in it to. this marinade is also great with chicken thighs.
