  1. This was yummy! I used fresh cilantro instead of the fresh parsley and a few shakes of dried parsley & had no paprika. But I really likes the soy sauce, lemon juice, maple syrup combination. Thanks Anja.

  2. Looks amazingly tasty; but I understand that raw mushrooms have carcinogens which are rendered inert through cooking, and that properly cooked mushrooms actually have anti-cancer qualities. So is this sort of marinating "cooking" the same as heat cooking, or do you perhaps think it would be better to sauté them a bit?

  3. Thanks so much for this recipe, Anja. I love savoury breakfasts too. I used to make something similar with tamari, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil but it's nice to have a no-oil version with added greens and more complex seasoning. On another note, congratulations on your new book 🙂 Where can we buy it?
