I am about to make this chicken for my family with a slightly different marinade but I do not have that pan, so I put the racks very close together and used tinfoil on the top rack and one inch away a backing pan underneath full of hot water, I am excited and hope it works just as well as your premade pan. I just do not have the funds at the moment to go and buy one. I will give feedback when the dinner is done in about two and a half hours

  3. Before we had never used the baking pan and rack which came with our oven and now since coming across your water pan method for baking, we use it all the time. The chicken stays tender and juicy even after reheating at the office. A+ to you for sharing this tip!

  4. This recipe looks great, I can't wait to try it!  But one problem: my family does not like the sweetness that the traditional BBQ sauce brings. Can you recommend any other sauce I can substitute the BBQ sauce with? Thanks
