  1. I made this last week but I used more chicken, added an onion, 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning, garlic, and some green chillies.  I used it to make chicken tacos, chicken tostadas, a baked spaghetti squash dish and also added it to my salads. Very versatile, easy, & convenient!!
