  2. But you don't use a tablespoon of cream of tartar right? Also Bob's Red Mill Superfine Almond Flour is very fine, it may clump like powdered sugar, but all of it goes through a fine-coarse sieve.

  3. I'm making these right now this is my second time making them. see how your able to control the amount you squeeze onto the pan my runs out of the piping bag where I cannot control the amount. what am I doing wrong?

  4. I know this video is 2 years old but still I've been dying to make these! Would you say Macarons are a bit…tricky to make? I hear it all depends on the day for them to come out, perfect I suppose one could say.

  5. hi, i have a question. i have followed your recipe and your steps very thoroughly. it actually rise up and the texture was fine, but why does all of the skin of every macaron that i baked are broken (like tear off) when it starts to rise up? thank you, btw, its a great recipe. i don't think i failed, but i'm just curious! 🙂

  6. I live In Montana, and am wondering if you have a high atltitude recipe. I have not been having much luck, and I follow everything perfectly. the edges run out, I do get nice feet.
