  1. This recipe is rubbish! You need to cook the chicken for 30 minutes before hand otherwise it doesn't cook properly. I followed this recipe perfectly and my chicken was not cooked, so I cooked it until it was actually cooked and the pesto and cheese and tomatoes were all burnt.

  2. I made this tonight and was amazed how delicious and easy it was! I am not a cook in any sense of the word. Seriously.. I burn toast and popcorn on a regular basis! This dish however was simple enough for me and turned out great. Even my Italian mother gave her stamp of approval!🙌
