  1. I'll second what others have said about this: what a great idea for smoking indoors when the weather sucks. Here in western NY the winters suck and limit opportunities for barbecuing. I'll have to give this a try next time I'm craving some pulled pork on a snowy weekend. Great video.

  2. I've never smoked anything indoors before. Good video! I know what you mean on firing up the smoker in the rain. I used my Weber twice this year both in the rain. I almost wanted to do what harry soon does and insulates his Weber. But weather is good now. Go Smoke some cheese now!

  3. Great video Chris! That is a very interesting mix of ingredients that went into the smoking mix. Wow, I never would have dreamed of sugar and rice being used to impart smoke, or did it serve another purpose being in the mix? Very interesting video, and thanks for sharing!

  4. Great video Chris! I mentioned to you during our chat that I used the tea smoke mixture a while back in the PBC on duck and like you said, so fragrant! Great call doing an indoor smoke like this. Shows people that do not own smokers or or due to weather don't have access that you can still get that great smokey flavor indoors. BRAVO!

  5. Hi Chris, another wonderful video! I've never attempted anything like this so this concept is pretty foreign to me. If I may ask, what was the purpose of using the saran wrap and aluminum foil after you got the butt out of the hotel pan? Thanks in advance and thanks for another great video.
