  1. I made this dish using only bok choy cut into pieces, and I omitted the potatoes to be carb friendly. I did however add a bit of fenugreek and ground coriander. It was Amazing! thank you!!

  2. yes I made this today. It was extremely good. I added some beans for protein as I am vegetarian. I love leafy green vegetables so I will be making this recipe a lot. thanks for the recipe!!
