  1. I have to say, I've tried several of your recipes and absolutely love the flavors you use. I do not doubt this would be one of those delicious foods. Definitely keeping this in mind to make one day. Thank you again for sharing your recipes.

  2. Your channel is so good at making Whole Food Plant Based food with plenty of variety! So original and creative! This is the first I have found for polenta.

  3. It looks amazing! definately a dish to impress (which is what i'm looking for).. what could i use instead of the avocado? i imagine it keeps it all together but i don't like the taste. Anyone who has an idea could help me a lot!

  4. I just made this but with some taco seasoning in the polenta mix and no Hummus. Then I layered it with the mashed avocado, sliced tomato and a corn, black bean , tomato, red bell pepper salsa, red onion and sprinkled a little nutritional yeast over the top and cilantro. I also made double the polenta mix and put if in a rectangle slice tin lined with baking paper so i could lift it out and slice it in to squares. I want to post a picture here but not sure how ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. I've been wanting to make these ever since I first saw the video a year ago. I finally got the mini springform pans, and I made them this weekend. OMG! These absolutely were amazing! My husband loved them, and he is an omnivore. I'm thinking I would like to make a double batch next time and perhaps Press it into a square pan? Put the toppings on, and then cut it like you would brownies. Would that work? What toppings would you suggest to make this Italian? Mexican? For this one, I'm thinking Greek, with vegan tzatziki, olives, maybe lemon instead of lime juice? Thank you Anja, these truly are AMAZING!
