  1. what is healthier? processed vegetarian meat sold in supermarkets or
seafood? and why can you please explain? i've been vegetarian for 3
years eating processed veg meat every other day

  2. With the egg's, cheese and butter you are increasing the fat and cholesterol contents to the same amount of a regular meatball thereby defeating the purpose of making a vegetarian meatball. Personally I would replace the egg with chickpeas, the cheese with nutritional yeast or Marmite and dry sear the mushrooms in a hot nonstick pan.

  3. "no animals were harmed in the making of this recipe! I mean we did take a couple eggs and pulled on a couple utters, but I don't consider that harming!" Yeah, because grinding up live baby chicks and forcing animals to live their lives in cramped, dirty, dark cages is so harmless! And milk, raping a beautiful creature just to take her baby once it's born and make her mourn for the loss of her baby, and then steal milk from her and abuse her and have her baby either be slaughtered for veil or endure the same fate as her is so HARMLESS!!!
