  1. Please more meal prep videos! This is one of the best meal prep videos i've come across. You also have the ingredients and directions in the description so i don't have to write everything down. I am however trying to gain weight (95lbs 5'5…) but these meal preps look awesome and i would love to see more!

Whay all of You fitness vege high life guys saying that I need to exclusively be carefull to by only NOT GMO food, without using any particular rison and beyond any studies that would support this and convince me. I couldnt find anything so terryfying aboud this, besides maybe little less containment of micros. Could anybody send me to some place where I would have legit arguments against it, cause I am little bit confused..

  6. Sorry Chloe, but I've done a university project about GMO, there's no reason to avoid it. If you worry about the pesticides, how they affect our health and the environment, sure, go for organic, but not because it's not GMO. Otherwise, great video! 😀

It doesn’t have a weird bitter aftertaste if you use too much either, and works great in baked goods as you can sub it for Sugar with the exact same measurements! No weird conversions.
