  1. I soak it in soy sauce and liquid smoke then hang it right on the top oven rack and put foil on the bottom. You can fit way more like that. Also stick a wooden spoon in the door so it's cracked, it creates a breeze

  2. I like the idea of using smoked paprika in lieu of liquid smoke. Much more natural. Liquid smoke is very artificial. You use pretty much everything i would use in the marinade. I might throw in a little chili powder as a sub for chili flakes. Or i would add some crushed red pepper (or sprinkle it on after i laid the slices out). It is good for spicy jerky.

  3. Just a heads up! If you have a dollar store in your area the ingredient's needed to season the meat can be had for quite a good deal……. all with very good results and variety. :^)
