    Im so sorry. I really hate to do this but the hot oats were not my favorite at all
    That coconut flour texture really didnt do it for me
    I know that component must be soaking up the milk but its not worth it.

  2. Too hard just to replace oats. I would have to run all over town, spend more money, and I do not drive. All I want to do is replace oats (CARBS) I guess that is too hard for people to do. Oh well.

  3. Omg this is a blessing. I usually eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast but I recently started carb cycling so on my low/no carb days I was having to eat eggs instead which I just can't stand to do more than one day in a row. Thank you!!!
