  1. @mukwah1111 It is a comfort food. My family loves it. I am glad you like my video. To make this dish easier for you, prepare the stuffing the day before. This way all you have to do is the kofta which is a breeze to make. And once you do few kofta balls it will get much easier I promise. Just follow the instructions on the video. I am with you step by step. Let me know of the result. Don't hesitate to ask any question you might have.
    Enjoy

  2. @kyh7501 I am glad you like the video. If you're not going to finish the soup the day you make it, i suggest you boil all the koftas in the broth as explained then Store half of the koftas with half the broth in the fridge and cook the noodles in the remaining broth in the casserole. Don't forget to reduce the amount of noodles used or the soup will be too thick. You can also freeze the koftas after you boil them in a freezer bag and freeze the broth in a container with a tight lid.
    Enjoy

  3. Never mind ! I found the Koufta Sini vid. It looks like a lot of work but I would love to cook next to you and make it. We would have a lot of fun my friend ! haha ! You would probably slap me for not wiping the dish before putting it in the oven. Yes, we would have a lot of fun ! Oh boy ! I like this dish (soup) more than the Sini Koufta..luscious ! Heart & belly warming, comfort food for sure !

  4. What a lovely soup Marietta ! Talk about feeding a crowd ! Fabulous ! I might add some fresh lemon juice to the broth just before serving to give it a fresh lift. Cant find the link to your "Sini Kofta vid" for the filling? Can you pls help me with that? Many thanks Cheers
