  1. Can anyone tell me if this compares to walkerswood? I LOVE walkerswood and swear by it…but i would like to be able to make it myself. How does this compare…anyone?

  2. There's nothing better than Jamaican style food with a beautiful woman cooking it and having the accent. It's one of the reasons why I love Jamaican woman. Best food and accent (in my opinion)y girlfriend is Jamaican but wait until she taste this recipe she'll trust me more in her kitchen. 🙂

  3. This has got to be my most favourite recipe ever. I have tried so many but none comes close to this. The jerk sauce is absolutely delicious whether cooked or in it's dipping state. Everyone should try this. It's worth it.

  4. 1 whole chicken
    2 tablespoons of all spice
    2 tbsp thyme
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp salt
    1 whole garlice bulb
    3 onions
    6 scotch bonnet peppers
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 c orange juice
    1 c white vinegar
    1/2 c soy sauce
    1/2 c olive oil
    juice of one lime

this makes about 6 cups of marinade. i have successfully frozen for later use since you wont use it all for one chicken

  5. Have no fear when handling Bonnet Peppers here's the solution. After handling them rub your hands in milk, plain yogurt or sourcream for a period of 2-3 minute as well as using a small toothbrush to rub well inside nails, repeat twice if you like but not necessary-then rinse in cool running water….wala! And yes her recipie is DA BUM!

  6. do you use the seeds of the bonnet peppers? i would also caution people to be careful when mesing with ths pepper wash hands well after handling and don't toch your face or eyes!
