  1. I've known of char siu and chashu for years and years and only just now grasped that they're totally different foods. I don't know what, but it looks like you could put something on it before rolling it up to add to it.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had Japanese or not, so I guess I’m going to just have to make BOTH! Lol. Char Siu Bao (I hope I spelled that right) is my absolute favorite part of Dim-Sum, I LOVE the baked ones. 😊
