  1. before I saw this video, I did everything in this video (following a different tutorial) but I used two eggs only, my custard came out runny even after steaming them on low 🙁 I will have to try it with 2 eggs and a yolk instead.

  2. Yum! I need to ask my boyfriend to make this one day! He ate flan all the time as a child when he was in Puerto Rico. I don't know if there is any difference between Spanish flan and Japanese flan! XD
