  1. Made this for the first today, the cake tasted seriously heavenly, but made a rookie mistake 🙂 I didn’t wrap the foil around the pan so some water came into the cake. Don’t make my mistake!

  2. Hi Ella , after trying out your strawberry chocolate mirror cake , I tried this recipe day before and it came out really good! So soft , have tagged you on Instagram with the picture and posted a couple of videos to show the texture and softness! Thank you so much! I am in love with your videos and learning so much from it! And well not stopping here, am about to make your clafoutis recipe today for my son's french class 😀😀😀. Thanks Ella for being such an inspiration!!!

  3. Because it's whisked and folded during the cooking process, it makes it very airy. It's baked al baño maria (Spanish for banne Marie, Im sure I've spelt that wrong ), with water surrounding it so that it becomes soft and fluffy. It looks very dry but it actually melts in your mouth! I'm a big fan of Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake!

  4. this is awesome, definately gonna try it.i have watched all of your videos 3-4times n always eager for the next.y'all should post 3times a week😂😂 amazing work, dedication👌👌👌

  5. I made this recipe (without a spring-form pan) and it was SO DELICIOUS! A heavenly mix between angel food cake and cheesecake, just sweet enough to take another bite. I can't wait to try your other recipes! Keep up the amazing and beautiful work~ :3
