    It's my first making tiramisu and may I ask some questions?
    After assembling everything ( lady fingers , the custard …) into the bowl, do you have to keep it in the fridge?
    If so, how many should it be kept in the fridge before it can be served?

  2. this worked great but when i mixed the eggwhites with the yolks and mascarpone mine became a bit lumpy, looking back at the vid i think my mascarpone was much thicker. i suppose if you are watching this and trying to making tiramisu for the first time aswell you can thin it a bit before mixing.

    delicious! (i cheated a bit on mine, added a dash of bailey's)
