  1. This looks great! Can you tell me what I could use besides egg wash to have the puff pastry dough stick together? (We have an egg allergy in our family). I was thinking vegetable or olive oil – but would that be sticky enough? Thanks! I will definitely make this one.

  2. I've made this twice, and will make it again for Valentine's Day. We really like this meal and my wife enjoys it that much more since I'm the one doing the cooking. Cheers. John M.
