  1. I'm from India this recipe is olmost authentic but u missed out 4 green cardamom pods and 1 mace leaf in whole spices….. we also add 1 tsp of honey before adding fresh cream

  2. Before adding the chicken to the gravy you should use a blinder to soften the gravy and add some extra butter and coconut milk then finally you can add the chicken, this is how the BUTTER CHICKEN is done. But the one you made also looks good

  3. I tried it and it turns out so good and spicy at the same time because we added chilli powder to the garam masala so next time I make it I will delete the chilli remove the chilli powder (that's added with the garam masala) out of the recipie.

  5. Yummm .. u made t the best version.. I make t exactly the same except I add extra spices and lemon juice in the marinade.. like cumin, coriander, Tumeric and garam Masala .
    And good yu added kasuri methi , thought u might forget t but wow
