  1. That's a kindve common sense factor lol I don't think someone had to be told to do so unless you have absolutely no experience in the kitchen lol. The fat is still in the meat that's in the pan so I think it'll be better to figure out a way to separate the fat from the actual meat apposed to just lateling out grease from pan just my thoughts
