  1. If you take a look at the nutritional information for the original recipe, Laura Morelli, you'll discover it makes 10 servings with 449 calories per serving. This info is based on computer calculations with the recipe ingredients using the ESHA nutritional database to which all Allrecipes are linked.

Nutritional info is always listed to the right of Ingredients, just below the gray bar dividing the photo from the ingredients. It's identified with an icon showing three gray bars. You'll find this info when you open the link to the original recipe, which is located just below the "Published on" date at the top of the page. (If you don't see it, click on "Show More" to open a box with the link.)

No peas in this recipe. Sorry. But they'd make a tasty addition.

  2. haha… dont be fooled by the word "salad". this bowl has probably well over 6000calories. And peeling the cucumber skin off? okay bye incredible amount of great nutrients. It's a no from me. It's funny when people mix, for example pasta&mayonnaise, and then add 30 peas into it and suddenly its called a 'salad' ✋😂 bitches pls.

  3. Looks great and I plan to make it this week. The video says one 16 oz bottle of Italian dressing but the link to the hard copy recipe says two 16 oz bottles. I suppose it is a matter of taste and if someone likes their pasta swimming in dressing or not.
