  2. Nice to have "simple" recipes/methods. Sometimes those are the ones that do trip you up. This method with some modification is found in so many cooking cultures from Europe to the USA! How about using the tonkatsu cutlet for nice mini sandwiches for a picnic or bento box? Kind of a Japanese style breaded tenderloin sandwich! Sometimes those have FAR too much bread to meat here in our restaurants. Thanks!
