  1. It would be great if recipe would be in metric (g and ml) as well. It really puts me off to try to cook/bake anything if I have to spend time to convert the recipe.

  2. This is exactly how I’ve made tiramisu for the last 10 years now 🙂 only thing I do different is that I soak the lady finger in the coffee only the sugar side. So half way only. It turns out perfect the day after. The moist from the cream softens the non sugared side of the lady finger as you also said :). I add the cocoa before putting the tiramisu in fridge, I found that in those 24 hours it turns into a subtle chocolate taste that I love 🙂

  3. I need to make Tiramisu for a dinner party we are giving this weekend. Your video is perfect! I have one question. Does the Tiramisu need to be covered during the 24 hours in the refrigerator?
