  2. Thank you so much for this recipe. Made it tonight – my family and I LOVED it! I used three cheese tortellini instead of fettuccini, and we topped it with cooked chicken + mushrooms. Unbelievably good! Bravo 👏

  3. I made this dish and everything was going great until the last minute. My oil and cheese separated and I had a pan full of oil. And my cheese curdled.I think I had the heat to high. But still had a great taste. I'll have to try again and keep the heat very low.

I have made it 3 times, 1st time it curdled😕 2nd time I didn’t add the egg yolks and the wine and it came out really good, 3rd time tried again with the egg yolks and wine and it kind of curdled again 😕 so I rather skip them and keep it safe lol 😂 thank you Joe it’s the best recipe I’ve used for Alfredo Sauce.

I tried this recipe today, but my sauce was still not smooth and it was curdled…I’m not sure why…perhaps it was when I tried to grind in the pepper I did not realize that my two year old had broken the top and I ended up dumping in the entire bottle of whole pepper corns…then I proceeded to try and scoop them all out…but I did everything else according to your video…any ideas? Hahaha
