  3. Yikes. How about we sear the meat first, skip the cubes of MSG, add some fresh herbs, real salt, some garlic, use real beef stock and finish it with dash of flour to thicken up that gravy. Quick and easy can't be done to get a proper pot roast. Do it right if you want that tender, melt-in-your-mouth pot roast.
