  1. Oyster and chilli sauce was added … ! and this is "SZECHUAN " Beef ! ? Kidding me ! …Oh the wok should be CLEAN when finished with NO sticky burn meat leftover on it … !

  2. If i put to much of cornstarch to that beef Theres will no anyone eating it. I duno why chinese people hate that cornstarch… cornstarch will tender the meat and it will make us easy to cooking it. And i got a trick i will wash the meat after i go cooking it for 15 second… Lol…
