  1. Thank you, I love this recipe!!  I'll make this for my vegan daughter.
    Just wanted to let you know that to bring out the flavor of your herbs, you should saute them with the onions and garlic before adding your tomatoes.
    Also, Italian grandmas say a bit of sugar makes the taste of the sauce.  Not to taste sweet, only to cut the acidity.
