  1. Here’s a list of the amount of ingredients to save you the hassle of replaying and rewinding the video several times lol

    Wet ingredients:
    1/4 cup water
    2 TBS liquid smoke
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce

    Dry ingredients:
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper (kai-yine? Lol)
    1/4 tsp lemon pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic salt

    Meat: London Broil (looks like about 2 lbs)

Thank you from Australia. i didnt have lemon pepper so put in squeeze of lemon juice..agg to much because of worshtershire sauce so added more Hickey n Honey sauce *smoked*. wow talk about YUMMMM. didnt know what London broiled roast is so bought beef shoulder roast. thanks for the recipe. ..mmmmmm

  6. Need some tips. When I dehydrate my Jerky for 5 – 6 hours moisture eventually comes back really fast. Also when I eat it the tearing of the meat when you pull it apart isn't like yours. When I eat it it's dry but there is still moisture I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Before I put it in the dehydrator I also patten the meat with paper town to dry get all the access moisture off.
