  1. I had one of these at a japense restaurant with my family earlier. It was thanksgiving worth of food in a bowl! It was great but omg i only finished half of it! Great leftovers XD

  2. hhmmm not really a big fan of big chunks off onion…. but making them smaller and adding some extra veggies makes it sound right up my favorite type of food XD. gotta try it

  3. I find it so unfortunate. I really want to make this once because I'm also a fan of Yuri on ice but I don't eat meat. I am a vegetarian. Sometimes I do regret that I do not eat meat anymore, especially with this, but yes I do it for the animals.

  4. GOSH I FEEL SO EMBARRASSED CUZ I WANTED TO TRY KATSUDON FROM YURI ON ICE BUT I WAS TRYINA BE DISCREET ABOUT IT ONLY TO SEE A VIDEO VOICING THAT THEY WILL BE MAKING A YOI KATSUDON. I FEEL LIKE MY MIND HAVE BEEN READ AND THAT I HAVE BEEN HAD

  5. I made this yesterday and I had to replace the dashi with beef stock because I couldn't get it where I live, but it was otherwise totally delicious, 10/10 would recommend if you haven't had it already

  6. Okay okay hang on, are you supposed to season the pork with salt, pepper and the fish sauce? You say sauce when you are supposed to season the pork, and I don't hear that fish sauce is mentioned anywhere else. Just so that I do this right from the get go XD
