  1. Replacement for sake? I cannot use for religious reasons. Will it still taste japanese and authentic? However, I can use mirin because its not meant for direct consumption.

  2. I really like your cooking videos and would really like to purchase your book. Do you think it will ever be available to us Americans or do I need to stop off in some country to get it when I visit Japan next year?
