  1. Technically if it were a true Napoli Margherita the dough would have been circular, topped with fresh rounds of whole fat mozzarella instead of shredded and basil leaves would have been added on before it was cooked in a wood fired brick oven. But this is still a great recipe

Basically in margarita big chunks of mozzarella cheese is used….Weight of the dough is very important for different sizes of pizza 8 inch 12 inch or 6 inch for thick crust n thin crust weight wld be different….Again baking is a very tough job it gets good with experience sometimes u may overcook or undercook a pizza…..I need to say indian people r bad pizza makers u didnt nail an authentic pizza or a good pizza as a chef dont be offensive….
