  1. im korean and we eat kalbi on a special day or regular days~ my family and i use grated asian pear and grated onion instead of loads of sugar. also its good to wash the meat and soak it in water for up to at least 30 minutes. (blood and little pieces of bones happen to be on the meat) u can also just cook it in the pan 🙂
