    I made this just today adding peanut butter and cool whip. I used a premade Graham crust. Can't wait till its finally chilled. 😊

  2. When I tried this, the bottom part (wafers) burned but the cheesecake was wonderful (it was really delicious).what do I do to prevent it burning? Thanks!

    Anyway I'm amazed and yet not surprised at how gifted your daughter is! She can do so many things I don't see 2 year olds around me do. I'm not surprised because well… she is your daughter so she must be as talented as you.

  4. I made this cheesecake this afternoon and I used the 12 cups muffin tin.  The batter was just good enough to fill the muffin tin.  The mini cheesecake's so yummy and delicious.  Thank you for sharing your recipe.

  5. Can you please make a video on how to make tamago pan at home? When I was living in Japan, I would go to the bakery inside the grocery in Aeon and I will buy like 3 packs of that. I miss the taste and the fuwa fuwa texture of that bread.
