  1. Well, ya know what they say…you can call it what ya want, ya can make chicken soup out of chicken shit….but it still is gonna look and taste like…well, you catch my drift. Meebee head to Jamaica man, spend a few weeks, learn how to make what the locals make then re-do this OUTRAGEOUS post, right meow!

  2. UHHHHHH……NO!!!!!

Y’all shouldn’t have even THOUGHT about doing this dish, let alone actually ATTEMPTING…..AAAANNNND then claiming you did. This is sad. DO NOT repeat DO NOT TRY THIS EVER AGAIN!!

No Jamaican is going to put their stamp of approval on this recipe.

Next time actually do research curry chicken (or curry anything) its not JUST adding curry powder. Its a culture, even down to the curry powder thats a specialty too from cook to cook.

  3. Where did they get this recipe from.. I'm Trinidadian and even I know that's not how Caribbean people curry.. You gotta season the chicken with the garlic, onions, peppers, salt, some curry powder and cilantro(optional) let that marinate..
Then when cooking you gotta saute the curry in the oil, throw in the chicken.. Let that cook up tgen add the tomatoes (half of that) n let simmer until cooked..

  4. I would suggest seasoning the chicken breast with the onions, garlic, curry powder, tomatoes, habaneros and about a 1/2 to 1 tsp salt and let it marinate for about 30 min (preferably overnight) and then sauté in oil, add 1/2 cup water and potatoes to thicken the gravy.
