  1. I think bread flour is a better choice than a.p. here. the higher gluten content will allow the bowls to stand taller, or more spherical if you will. Other than that, looks good! Thanks!

  2. Could this be used to make the Dominos bread bowl? I have been looking for a recipe to make it and this looks close but I don't know. Could it be used for it?
