  1. madam u instructed that after all process, the batter can be preserved in refrigerator . by keeping in it refrigerator it won't get fermented further.?whether flavour will be maintained?

  2. What cloth is best for making idlis. I think u are using a towel.can u tell what texture is it please and where did you get it.do we have to keep the water boiling along with the plate before adding batter.or can we keep the plate after steam comes from idli pot
