  1. What is the point of your damn video if you are not going to list recipe ingredients(amounts) and this is not healthy at all, low sugar and full of fat. Hate your videos fool!!!

  2. Janae may be a good teacher of therapeutic nutrition but she's not the best cook:  whatever she mixes with the spatula she is not cleaning all the way, she leaves always something inside, she's not giving the amounts of each ingredient, the actual recipe. BTW, that small square of your mix not a bar you call "breakfast"? No orange juice, no coffee, no nothing? To me this is "snack on the go" but not breakfast!
