  1. I just made it yesterday! I loved it so much and reminded me my time in Japan 🙂 There was a Ramen shop in Shibuya (forgot the name or the restaurant 🙁 ) they made amazing ramen and gyoza! I went there twice and I ate gyoza in many places around Japan and just fell in love with the Japanese cuisine! So thank you so much for this great explanation, I had great time yesterday making and eating those gyoza!

  2. Can someone confirm if the pork is supposed to be pinkish? I even cooked it longer than the time request. Probably almost 20 minutes and I’m only cooking 6 at a time. But the pork is still pinkish color. Please help
