  1. Thankyou for your video. I have been looking for a recipe that uses fresh seaweed. I have access to unpolluted waters and different seaweed varieties. Now I am excited to try your recipe.

  2. 鰹節と昆布から取った和風だしにいれてもなかなかうまい。
    和風はごまかせるけど、あえてごまかさないのが日本人的精神を感じる。
    今の日本は白い粉で誤魔化すけれど昔の日本人は鍋一つ作るにも相当苦労していたからね。
    形ばかりの今の日本はゴミ。見えないところで努力した先祖は本当に素晴らしい。
    和食文化があるのは彼らの絶え間ない努力のおかげ。でも最近の和食?はだんだんと中華に似てきたけどねwww

  3. I really respect the Asian culture. I never liked any kind of Asian food, whether if it's soup, Sushi, or fried Chicken. I love to watch how recipes are made, but i might not like the food that's have been made!
    I like your show but with all of my respect i don't like your food. 🙂  

  4. Ooo yum 😀 I would love to try this butI don't know where to buy wakame from :/. Wakame (seaweed) is very good for you it is high in minerals and vitamins 🙂 this soup would be great when you are sick lol

  5. after having said my previous comment . My husband a seoulite and cook what koreans call miyeok gook 미역국 pretty my h like in this vid.

    My husband uses water (boiling) re hydrated wakame into said boiling water also with garlic salt soup soy sauce onion snd at the end add sesame oil….
